Over 30 days, you’ll choose your own two rest days each week, allowing you to adapt the challenge to your lifestyle and needs. Choose your level: Level 1: Beginner Booster (5,000–7,500 steps) Level 2: Momentum Maker (7,500–10,000 steps) Level 3: Step Superstar (10,000–12,500 steps) Each week, you’ll gradually increase your step targets on non-rest days, while stepping back to your base level on rest days for optimal recovery. Weekly targets are clearly outlined for each level, ensuring a safe and motivating progression. Daily accountability is encouraged—share your steps in the group, celebrate your progress, and support fellow participants.
